The ambassador trip not only brought together girls from different teams to form a unified group, but also brought together their parents and coaches. I found that the bond created during the trip has remained during the subsequent Fall season and has made for a very amicable relationship between teams and parents across the entire U14 G playing division.

Implementing this program at the Capital Area Soccer League (CASL) not only gave our players the opportunity of a lifetime, but enhanced our Challenge Division in ways we could never have expected. We plan to continue this program as it continues to benefit all aspects of our club.
